Multiverse is on a mission to create a diverse group of future leaders by building an outstanding alternative to university and corporate training. It offers professional apprenticeships to a diverse pool of young adults and those looking to reskill. Multiverse’s 12- to 15-month applied learning programs address employers’ critical skills and diversity challenges by combining paid, full-time employment with on-the-job training, coaching, and community—enabling apprentices to develop in-demand skills, such as software engineering, at zero cost to the individual.
Multiverse partners with community organizations to source young adult apprentice candidates (18 to 26 years old without 4-year college degrees), helping employers access untapped talent pools. Multiverse apprenticeships also enable employers to upskill and reskill employees, growing diversity in professional and managerial positions. Of the apprentices it places, 52% are women, 53% are BIPOC, 36% come from economically underserved communities, and 88% stay long-term at the employer. To date, Multiverse has worked with over 6,000 apprentices at more than 300 companies.
