Caroline joined Workday Ventures in 2021 as a portfolio experience manager.

Previously, Caroline worked in a customer success role at Workday.

Prior to joining Workday in 2020, Caroline held customer success roles at Showpad, a Belgian-based revenue enablement software company, as well as LearnCore, a Chicago-based sales training software startup that was acquired by Showpad in 2018.

Caroline formerly worked at The Junto Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership, where she supported startup CEOs and their mentors throughout a 12-month leadership program. She started her professional career as an intern for a startup incubator, Catapult Chicago, which is now part of 1871.

Caroline earned a bachelor’s degree in communication studies with minors in writing and entrepreneurship from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
